Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow QA Test Engineer to support a large-scale government ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications, developing automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), and ensuring platform quality, security, and compliance.

 

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Software QA experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow QA experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Testing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.)
• Test strategy, test planning, and test case development
• Regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing
• Defect tracking using Jira or ServiceNow Agile/Test Management
• Knowledge of FedRAMP security controls
• Understanding of Section 508 accessibility compliance
• Experience with Selenium or other automation tools (preferred)

 

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ISTQB Certified Tester
