Job Title: AEM Lead (AEM Sites & Forms) – Adobe Analytics & .NET
Location: Fort Mill, SC, and New York, NY (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Forms, Adobe Analytics event tracking, and integration experience with .NET applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating enterprise-grade digital solutions within a scalable CMS ecosystem.
This role requires hands-on development skills combined with the ability to collaborate across front-end, back-end, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using AEM Sites and AEM Forms.
- Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, dialogs, and services.
- Configure and implement Adobe Analytics event tracking, tagging, and reporting integration.
- Develop and maintain AEM integrations with . NET-based backend systems and APIs.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate digital and analytics requirements into scalable technical implementations.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations between AEM and enterprise systems.
- Ensure optimal performance, caching strategies, and security best practices within AEM.
- Support deployment pipelines, code reviews, and DevOps collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- AEM Sites (components, templates, editable templates, Sling Models)
- AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms, workflows, integrations)
- OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly)
- Experience implementing Adobe Analytics events, tracking frameworks, and reporting integration.
- Strong understanding of .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs) for backend integrations.
- Experience working with RESTful services and API integrations.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Target or Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Knowledge of headless CMS and SPA integration (React/Angular).
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments (Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare).
- Adobe certification (AEM Developer preferred).
