Location: Plano, TX (Need Locals)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

·        Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

·        Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.

·        Manage data quality, imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.

·        Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

·        Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting.

·        Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

·        Collaborate with developers and external consultants on enhancements and integrations.

·        Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.

·        Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features.

Required Qualifications

·        8+ years of experience administering Salesforce.

·        Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

·        Experience with reports, dashboards, flows, and automation tools.

·        Knowledge of data management and security best practices.

·        Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
