Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI / Agentic Identity Engineer to design and implement an enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) program for AI agents and non-human identities (NHI). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern IAM, workload identity, Zero Trust security, and securing AI-powered applications and autonomous systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Security Engineering, IAM, or Platform Security experience
• Enterprise IAM and Non-Human Identity (NHI) implementation
• OAuth 2.0/2.1, OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• On-Behalf-Of (RFC 8693) Token Exchange
• Token Security (PKCE, Audience Binding, Short-lived Tokens)
• SPIFFE/SPIRE, mTLS, PKI & Workload Identity
• Zero Trust Architecture & Least Privilege
• Secrets Management & Credential Security
• Identity Lifecycle Management & Access Recertification
• Fine-grained authorization for distributed systems
• Runtime policy enforcement & authorization controls
• Strong scripting/automation skills

• AI/LLM Security (OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications)
• Agentic AI security and threat modeling
