We are looking for experienced Sr. Performance Test Engineers who can drive end-to-end performance testing initiatives across UI, API, and batch processing systems.

Key Skills:
End-to-end Performance Testing (UI, API & Batch Workloads)
JMeter and UI Performance Metrics Analysis
Selenium / Playwright-based Performance Measurement
Strong Programming Skills (Java / Python / TypeScript)
Root Cause Analysis & Bottleneck Identification
Performance Monitoring using New Relic
Batch Processing Performance & Metrics Analysis
Strong Performance Engineering Mindset
Exposure to AI-driven Performance Testing (Preferred)
Life Insurance Domain Experience (Nice to Have)
