Location - Remote (Travel required across the East Coast, primarily New York & New Jersey)

Employment Type - Contract

Tech Craft 360 LLC is seeking an experienced Big Data Engineer to join a dynamic team building scalable data platforms and advanced analytics solutions. If you’re passionate about big data technologies and solving complex data challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and maintain scalable big data solutions.
* Clean, transform, and aggregate large datasets for analytics and reporting.
* Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and database systems.
* Implement distributed data processing and disaster recovery solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data platforms.

Required Qualifications

✔️ Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
✔️ Hands-on experience developing data solutions for advanced analytics.
✔️ Strong expertise in Hadoop, Spark, and distributed data processing.
✔️ Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, and Scala.
✔️ Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning tools such as Anaconda or Apache Spark ML.
✔️ Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ A curious mindset with the ability to learn new technologies and work outside your comfort zone.
