PDT Extensions dead?

It has been a long time since anything has been released, the suggested eclipse version is Kepler... I'm starting to wonder whether the project is essentially dead?

PEX core is udpated to work with luna, so are some other plugins, too. And I still use these plugins in daily use. However, there is a stagnation in further development of the PEX ecosystem.
