Invitation for Farewell and Seminar for the outgoing batch 2014 - 31st March- 3 PM

Dear All,

 

Greetings from fellow PDSIT`ians.

 

The Farewell Organizing Committee takes the pleasure to inform you all that on the 31^st of March, 2014 (Monday) a Farewell Party have been arranged for the outgoing seniors of 2014 Batch by the 1^st and 2^nd year students.

 

To make it remarkable, we have arranged a seminar on the said date as advised by our Director- Prof. Arindam Biswas.

 

Prof. Biswas has given his consent to preside over the seminar. Prof. Sanjay Kumar Saha, from the Dept. of Computer Science, Jadavpur University is the invited speaker.

 

Participating students will be awarded a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’.

 

The seminar is scheduled at 3 PM which will be followed by the Farewell party ending with a light dinner.

 

 

All the seniors from 2014 batch are cordially invited to the Farewell Party, which includes the seminar also.

 

The objective of the program is to amass the entire PDSIT`ians under a single cap, where exchange of views or interactions can hold office.

 

Irrespective of the year (1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd), Please reply to this e-mail confirming your participation latest by 26^th March, 2014.Do not forget to mention your food preference (Veg/ Non-Veg).

 

Failure to confirm your participation within deadline may lead to a situation where we cannot provide you the certificates.

 

Further People interested in performing at Farewell party can contact me.

 

Details regarding the program and the seminar will be posted soon. We have a plan to click a group photo, year wise. Let us join hands to make the Farewell Party a grand success.
