You don't show how you got there, so I'm going to assume you compiled it
yourself. If you want mrsh, and some others, you'll need to install the
development libraries for those modules.

Look at the output of configure --help for the modules it can build.

Also, the latest version is 2.29, and it has some bug fixes.
