PDSA is seeking mentors to represent the product design major.

Mentors will…

-work 1-2 hours a week during Professor Bill Burnett, David Kelley, or Banny Banerjee’s office hours

-communicate with PDSA and the PD professors

-offer guidance to underclassmen

-answer questions about the major

-look over four year plans

If interested, please reply by Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 11:59 pm with your name, year, and a short paragraph (5-7 sentences) answering the following questions:

Why do you want to be a peer mentor and what qualities do you possess that would make you a good mentor?

This is an opportunity to get involved with professors and the d.school.  Following your response, we will hold a training session in a week.

Qualifications:

-must be declared in PD (seniors preferred)

-1-2 hours a week, 1 quarter commitment with the possibility of a paying position for longer commitment

-willingness to communicate with PDSA to help improve the program

-empathy for underclassmen

If you have any questions, please contact me at thea...@stanford.edu or Ariana Koblitz at akob...@stanford.edu.

Thank you for your time.
