Chief Minister Monitorable Indicators for P&RD

Dear All,

 

Kindly note that there is a CM woman and child monitoring cell being set up in the CM secretariat which will monitor certain key indicators on w&C issues every quarter. One of them is WOMEN SHGs earning Rs 10,000/- per month  ( Rs 5000 which was proposed earlier has been revised)  on an average to check the quality of SHGs under SGSY/NRLM . This will be measured against total number of WOMEN SHGs in the district . The monitoring starts from quarter ending December 2011. SO kindly get your APO and EO credits activated to collect the data every quarter . Kindly donnot change the base number of Women SHGs which you have communicated to CPRD as on September 2011 . Women SHGs under SGSY cumulatively are 1.63 lakhs and Udai Baruah will communicate you  the distirct wise figures which is collected based on information sent by you.

 

The 3   Monitorable Points being monitored  by the CM cell would be :

 

1. Number  of women attending and % of women to men in Gaon Sabha meeting
2. No of women job card holders  provided employment under MGNREGA against total job card holders
3. No. Of women SHGs earning Rs 10000/pm or above against total women SHGs in districts under SGSY/NRLM

 

 SO KINDLY GET ALL THREE INDICATORS AS PART OF YOUR MIS/MPR SYSTEM
