Problem related to saving of Payment Voucher

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

This is to inform you that, all the districts are facing an issue while trying to save the "Payment Voucher" in PRIAsoft. The process of saving the payment vouchers is taking a lot of time and in some cases it is not getting saved also. Kindly suggest us at the earliest as users of the districts are facing a lot of difficulty as a result of this.

As answer  refering by  the enclosed email. I would like to inform that this problems is continueing  like take  more time to save the data - many time same is  ultimetely became session timeout problem. Software should be develop to work first mode. This software is generally take more time to data entry mainly because of optional/ selection base by the ultimatum of Mouse. If we compare with other software like MGNREGA, Tally etc. this is verry verry first working software more than priasoft. So this programme/software  perhaps may improve without laking the time bound.
