pdrtpy 2.2.9 released!

Greetings PDR aficionados!

We are happy to announce the newest release of the PDR Toolbox, pdrtpy.
 You can install the newest version 2.2.9 with pip install pdrtpy.  (python version >=3.8 required).  The notebooks have also been updated.   The major change is that you can now add your own models to a ModelSet.   A new notebook shows you how to do this.
