Scipy 1.14 incompatable with pdrtpy 2.3.1

Hey Mark & Pdrt Folks,

Just an FYI, Scipy 1.14 was released in Jun 2024 and it appears they have deprecated the interp2d function https://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/generated/scipy.interpolate.interp2d.html so pdrt is able to load models.  Reverting your scipy to 1.13 and pdrtpy works fine again.

Hi Carl,

 I have been aware that interp2d was going away in the vague recesses of my consciousness.  I will update the code for the next release.  Thanks for the heads up & workaround.
