Hi Nicola,

This is indeed a bug in add_model, but happily one you can workaround.    Normally models have an attribute 'modeltype' which is a string either 'ratio' or 'intensity'.     But add_model forgets to set this attribute.  So you can do this after you add the model

wk.get_model("CO_1110/CO_87").modeltype='ratio'

I have created issue #180  to track this.

I will ask Mark to create additional models for higher level CO lines including 9-8 for the next release.

best,
Marc

Hi Marc,
thank you that you reacted so fast !
Maybe it is better we iterate outside of the chat !? I send you the notebook here, maybe this helps.

I use the very last version of the PDR tool box 2.4.4, released February 7th.

By thw way, I have to add new models because the important CO 9-8 line is not in the niminal models.
I understand that you can not put ALL lines, but this is an important line because it was observd frequently
with SOFIA. And in the FEEDBACK program, we use it quite often. Maybe it can be put in the next time ?

Best wishes, Nicola
