Can't build module on CentOS with PHP 5.3.5

Hello Folks,

I am trying to build and install the PDO_4D module using CentOS 32
bits and PHP 5.3.5. I have PDO and other PDO modules installed such
SQLite. I have mbstring enabled as well. The "make tests" call fails
complaining about missing PDO even though the extension is there and
loaded.

Can someone help me? Also pecl installation will complain and say that
there is no package available.

My phpinfo will be glued to this email below everything.
