a)       Specialist FEA : 2 Positions. ( 4 to 8 Years )

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

 

BE / M.Tech / Master Degree in Mechanical / Automobile

 

Principle Accountability :

 

• Analysis the simulation results and creates simulation reports and Presents the results to the development team.
• Execution of the projects independently & meet the customer's time line and quality requirements.
• Structural and dynamic simulations e.g. stress analysis, modal analysis, frequency response analysis, fatigue life predictions and or on Thermal Management simulations e.g. Heat Transfer & Thermal Fatigue simulations etc.

 

Must have the Following:

• Sound theory knowledge in FEA, Vibration, Materials, Strength of Materials.
• Sound theory knowledge in Fatigue failures (LCF & HCF)
• Failure theories and its influence on durability failures.
• Basic skills in design.
• Programming skills
• Basic Skills in project / program management.
• Experience on various Optimization techniques.

 

Software:

 

·         FEA / Durability software (Nastran, Abaqus, Optistruct, nCode)

·         FEA pre/post processing (Hyper Works, Abaqus Viewer)

·         Programming languages (TCL-TK, Python, Perl)

·         MS-office & Unix / Linux applications
