Update on the project:

1,Reading the operation logic carefully.

2, I move the hydro-pupler before digestate tank. because we need to empty 8 month of storage in about 1 month, and the largest tanker truck is only about 34 m3. The hydro-pupler has to be huge in the original design.

3, Add heating water steam to the digester.

Things to think about for the P&ID

1, move the inlet feed to upper part of the digester, slightly above HLC, may require tank to be underground.

2, Necessity of (FC-3,PE-3)

3,Necessity of PE-1 to control FC-6

4, No real way to detect real time S concentration (At least I think so), AE-1 may not be useful

5, what does TE control?

6,Why 1 close valve on inlet feed and nothing control it?

7, since we doing impulse feeding, how do we make sure not residue in pipe?

8, The feed split configuration does not isolate process upside in one tank. maybe a 3 way control valve more suitable?

9, For WR-1 no necessary to control the flowrate of return water. If needed, we dont need 2 valves to control it.

10, for gas joint, again may be a 4 way joint more suitable?

For hazardous strategy:

1, If we want to empty the tank after tank rupture, do we need to constantly purge the tank with something? such as Water?

2, Anything can be done to imminently mitigated the H2S odor?

3, please add legion on the hazardous diagram.

4, for me leak on the organic pipe less hazardous, because in the end it just a pond of garbage water. But a leak on the gas pipe may be more serious.
