Update the P&ID

Lei if you could just look over the updated P&ID where i removed the gas mixing and included the liquid recirculation and add or improve anything that needs to be changed like the legend.

This is how I understand how the recycle work:

The internal mixing with residue liquid is a critical step of the reactor. Liquid is taken 4 meter from the bottom of the reactor with a 2 inch pipe. Then, a piston pump (PP-2) is used to push the liquid so that the existing speed is at 6m/s. The liquid is reinjected into the reactor from the bottom at 6 different locations. Each auxiliary pipe has diameter of 2 inch.


Is that right?

4 locations and you said the liquid is withdrawn from the bottom (wrong)

i say 4 meter from the bottom..... how can the main pipe and auxiliary pipe have the same diameter? make sure you calculation make sense.
