Final Report Editing

Hey guys, 

I'm almost done putting the final document together, just have to finish up section 9 and 10, which should take me another half hour or so. After I'm done, you can start the final formatting of the report. Only thing I wanted to add was a longer section on environmental considerations, where we discuss the GHG stuff.

I noticed. I just finished working on the final report, I'll start on the appendices now. You and Lei can start the final formatting of the final document: just leave space for Murtaza and I to add in the executive summary and conclusions/recommendations
