First off, good job compiling and getting everything ready. The bad news is that I've found some mistakes. Specifically some info is missing. For example we decided to have two biofilters, maybe Nikita already finished that part and didn't notice. The pipe thickness calc had missing descriptions of some values. The corrosion of pipes was miss labeled ,the second set of numbers was missing the  fact that graphite was now being considered along with the carbon steel. The entire fault tree is missing (or could not it not fit and you put it separately?).
For the final doc , I will write the Equipment lifetime , Plant maintenance plan, and the plant decommissioning and dismantling section hopefully by tomorrow. Someone must complete the Failure mode analysis section (probably Lei). The rest? Murtaza help?

Murtaza i've fixed the  appendices , i saved it at 5:39 so look for that version. I also finished sec 7.2 , 7.3, 7.4
