The Project Schedule Management

The Gantt Chart in Appendix A will concisely layout the schedule of our project plans until the end of the course which inculding detailed plan for tasks corresponding to each team members, important events as well as the milestones.

 

The first assignment is the project proposal which will be submit on Tuesday, 18, September, 2012. In the proposal, we will introduce the options we come up with deisgn and as well as the comparsion for each process. After submission of the project proposal, the team going to evaluate the project and present a PFD to the client to get a approval of the project. The PFD will generate the general flow of plant processes and equipmen require for corresponding process.

 

Afterwards, our team will prepare a detail design for specific Key Unit and corresponding P&ID. In this section, we wil present to the client the sentive, sizing, life cycle assement and economics analysis of hte specific Unit we chose. The final desing specification will be deliver to the client at Monday, 19, November, 2012. The following week, our group will take the client go through the detail of the proejct by the final report presentation.

Comments:
You only talk about PFD and P&ID. But you did not talk about any schedule. For example, for the first section, preliminary component selection. What is the schedule for that. How many weeks/days/hours are we going to spend on it? What activities is it going to include? ex, researching, group meeting....etc. How much time will each activity allocated? and other important note.

You don't have to talk about the logic why we choose this project plan. But you most certainly have to talk about what each section with include. You can correlate with what my section and then talk about your section.

Also make sure you understand what P&ID is and what does it include. If you no sure, just google it.

For me this is not enough. You may have to rewrite it.
