Munculnya aturan ini karena ditemukan penyimpangan2 di lapangan ketika ada kegiatan ilmiah yg terkait dgn besar SKP, kompetensi pembicara maupun kewenangan dlm pelaksanaan.
Mengenai lapor adanya kegiatan ilmiah ke PB PDGI pada saat RUA, pertimbangan pak Hendrik benar. Namun karena PB mengeluarkan aturan melalui komisi P3KGB-nya, yg mewajibkan ada surat pemberitahuan ke komisi P3KGB bila ada kegiatan ilmiah yg ber-SKP, maka kita harus mematuhi aturan ini.
Jadi kegiatan apapun bentuknya, kalau ada kegiatan ilmiah di dalamnya yg dinilai dgn SKP untuk tujuan P3KGB maka wajib lapor komisi P3KGB PB PDGI.

Besok kalau diperlukan pertemuan di kampus, saya siap dibawah jam 9.30.

Dalam AD-ART saya baca tidak dituliskan harus memberitahukan akan ada RUA di pengwil/ cab, tp WAJIB melaporkan hasil RUA ke PB. juga secara tersirat sdh dijelaskan dlm kongres bahwa stlh kongres mk harus melaks RUA dlm kurun waktu maks 3 bln.
Oleh krn itu, ini yg mnrt saya blm pas bhw ini bukan keg ilmiah tp RUA.
Td saya telp m laila bahwasanya tdk ada/ blm pernah membuat surat pemberitahuan akan ada RUA cab sby melainkan surat laporan hsl.
Namun demikian sdh saya kord dng sekret saya untuk segera buatkan draft surat pemberitahuannya.

Memang seperti itu mekaniemenya.
Panitia mengirim surat ke PB akan ada kegiatan ilmiah. Surat ini sebagai legalitas saja, krn yg berhak mengeluarkan sertifikat legal adalah pusat. SKP dikeluarkan oleh cabang atau manapun sesuai cakupan kegiatan.
Hal ini untuk mensiasati adanya pembicara yg tidak kompeten (misal supplier obat), yg kadang ditemukan di lapangan pada kegiatan2 tingkat cabang.
Sebenarnya PB hanya menjalankan mekanisme kontrol saja. Tapi menurut saya perlu.

Tadi pagi saya Sms ke novartis kl ada waktu saya mau telp karena pdgi sby mau ada rua. Saya minta backdrop besar, keplek dan sem kit. Saya tunggu siang jam 12 ini jika tdk ada kabar saya menjalakan renc awal dng pak teguh dan tanda peserta di bagus
