Webviewer localhost it's working?

We need create a offline desktop application. It's possible run outside http server?

I suppose it depends on what you want to do. If you want to just run the html from a file URL then you could use the LocalPartRetriever, but unfortunately that only really works in Firefox because of security restrictions.

I'm not sure how you're planning to create your desktop application but WebViewer would likely work with something like this: https://nodesource.com/blog/node-desktop-applications
