WebViewer can be easily integrated with any HTML/JS Framework.

Since XDK is based on Cordova, which WebViewer can be integrated with.  (You can find sample code for this integration under "Native Application Integration" at https://www.pdftron.com/webviewer/demo/samples.html.)  Thus, it's likely that WebViewer will work with Intel XDK as well.
