Q: Notes in v4 are not aligned with annotations. Is this expected?

A: Yes, it was intended to remove aligning the notes with the annotations, since it does not show annotations in different pages and users had to scroll to find it (For instance, if a document is 100+ pages and there is one annotation in the last page, user had to scroll to the last page to find it). Instead, the new sort-by-position strategy orders the notes based on their y-position, but stack them together.
