App Crash on IE11...

Hi,

I have an issue with the WebViewer 2.0 on IE, it crashes the browser.  Not every developers have it.  I have tested it on a simple web page that loads a PDF without conversion and it crashes (the page has only 1 components and it's the viewer).  I used the Zip file from your site directly without touching any file.  If I use the XOD, it works great.  Can you help me with it?

I already scanned my computer for viruses and malware, there's nothing.  I already tested without any extensions on IE.


In debug (F12), I have an error.

IE sometimes has problems allocating memory. Unfortunately this is limitation of the browser. 
- Sometimes restarting the browser may help if it gets into this bad state. 
- Having the debugger open makes IE much more likely to fail.
- The next version of IE (Spartan/Edge) is supposed to have much better support in these areas.

If IE is a large part of your use case I would recommend that you use Universal (XOD) backend webviewer, since it performs better and is more reliable on IE. Another more complex alternative is to take advantage of PDF Webviewer when on Firefox or Chrome and switch to Universal backend Webviewer when the browser is IE.
