WebViewer on IE11

I am trying to port an application that worked perfectly on IE 9 (with win 7) into IE11 (with Win 8). I get the error message that "wrong signature in local header" in CoreControls.js. See Attached image.  If I ignore the error and Continue, the termplate of the webviewer shows up but doesn't load the document.  Any help will be appreciated.  I am also new to javascript, complicating the debugging further.

From the error message it looks like WebViewer is using the streaming part retriever that will download the entire XOD file up front. Are you converting XOD files on the fly and using something similar to the WebViewerStreaming sample included with PDFNet? It could possibly be that the URL for the document isn't correct (see https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/pdfnet-webviewer/EjT0LnHT8Qs/SC-Ha9YP-noJ).
