Disable double click to zoom when PanTool is selected

How can I disable the zoom behavior on double tap while PanTool is selected?

Hi Ahtsham,

What version of WebViewer were you using? Could you please clarify how to reproduce this behavior? I tested this and while using the pan tool, I don't believe the page was zooming for me. I tested this in WebViewer 7.3 locally and using our demo. Are you able to reproduce this with our demo or and of our samples?
