Due to we cannot forecast the number of docs we're going to convert to .xod -so we couldn't fit the best conversion plan-, we have to control the number of pdf being converted. And we want to build a program that show billing status and ask for a confirmation to our sysadmin before docpub is launched. So, Is there anyway or an API to query PWS account billing status?

There is not currently any API to query the PWS account billing status. Maybe on your side you could keep track of the number of documents sent to PWS and use that data to compare to the limit. You could also possibly use the REST API (https://api.pdftron.com/v2/docs/index.html) to get document info, however you can't select a date range so it would take a bit of work to get the relevant number of documents.

Since you are calling DocPub or PDFNet whenever you convert, probably the simplest thing is to keep the counter on your end.
