Messages "failing" to post in group

When making a new post in the WebViewer group it will automatically go into a moderation queue and will later be manually approved to be posted.

It appears that Google Groups recently started saying that messages have failed to be posted, however all posts still appear to be going into the moderation queue (we have seen many duplicate messages) and will be eventually be approved by the WebViewer team.
