Can I use PDFNet to implement a browser control to edit PDF documents ?

Q:

Do you have some component for c# .net 2005. Where we can permit to
some people edit a pdf in a browser (Ex: IE) from server. And save the
chances in the server. For example comment,,

You could use PDFNet for .NET (www.pdftron.com/net) to implement a
browser control that can be used to view and edit PDF documents. You
could make the component download in the browser or you can make a
thin/thick client that can talk to the server. You should also be able
to send data (modified PDF, or changes?) back to the server.
