In summary you could use 'pdftron.PDF.Print.StartPrintJob' from a worker thread, but there are also other options (e.g. use MS XPS Print API etc).

I'm using the startprintjob to print out pdf files. Is there an event I can use to display my own progress dialog to the user? I tried catching the printdocument.printpage event but it never triggered.
