Does PDFTron's EPUB conversion provide any built-in DRM?

A:

PDFTron's conversion technology produces high-quality, standards-compliant EPUB output from PDFs.  (For a brief technical overview, please seehttp://blog.pdftron.com/2013/11/15/high-quality-epub-html-from-pdf/.)  Since the IDPF's EPUB standard does not include DRM (http://idpf.org/forum/topic-1140), PDFTron's EPUB conversion does not add any DRM to its EPUB output.  However, you should easily be able to add your own DRM solution on top of the EPUB output.
