Is there no way to get pdfium to render to an RGB formatted bitmap rather than BGR?
FPDFBitmap_CreateEx etc. only supports
BGR as far as I can tell.

Does the FPDF_REVERSE_BYTE_ORDER rendering flag help do what you want?
