VB.net web application to receive PDF and print?

Trying to add a feature to a current vb.net web application.

I would like to post a pdf file to to the API and it print to a printer on the API server.

API is up and running and I can post files to it.

Have googled loads, but have really struggle to find any examples of PDFium and VB.net, let alone the printing side of it.

Does anyone have any pointers on where to start with this?

What PDFium NuGet Package to use?
