PDF file text position is messed up

I use the PDF file 123 (1).pdf, delete any object in the first page, and then generate the document. Pdfium will recalculate the text of the PDF file, but the text position of the generated PDF file is inconsistent with the text layout of the original document. This is something I battled with for a long time. There are some workarounds.
