For what it's worth, 9490e64a318197cea36b2516c7ee810a6001c1f6 seems to build fine on Winx64 in a clean environment (worksonmymachine.png)

That duplicate "rhs" parameter name is very sus though, hopefully the link provided by Lei provides the fix you need
