We have released a free 64-bit Pdfium-based viewer for Windows that is either a 2.5 MB single executable with no installation necessary, or a Windows installer file of 3.4 MB which also includes the runtime libraries.
Opait Viewer comes packed with features that you will normally find in much larger programs and some that you will not find anywhere else!
The link below describes how we used Opait Viewer to process a PDF file of 519,000 government correspondences of between 1 and 21 pages each. The single PDF had 1.9 million pages and a file size of 3.4 GB.

Looks good! Do you plan making it High-DPI aware? Currently it looks blurry on High-DPI monitors.
