Editing outline, creating bookmarks

Greetings,

I am interested in exposing a public interface to edit the outline of a document:

* Remove bookmarks from outline
* Copy/move bookmarks within outline

* Create new bookmarks

I am planning to implement this as a patch soon for our project, I wonder if the pdfium project is interested in this feature.

Hi,

Thanks for this kind offer to contribute to PDFium. if you are willing
to upload the code for the APIs you are adding as a Gerrit change list
to https://pdfium-review.googlesource.com/, then others can try it out
and see if it works for them and give you better feedback on interest
in these APIs. Even if it is just a rough draft, that's fine for
demonstration purposes.
