Let's just go with the API as-is, with only 1D positioning. The PDF `TJ` operator only supports 1D positioning. To move glyphs on the other axis, one would need to change the origin and use a separate `Tj` / `TJ` operator. Which then corresponds to having 2 different text FPDF_PAGEOBJECTs.
