bug_1402.in (Windows only) is currently in SUPPRESSIONS.

This issue is only happening on Windows10. With AGG, the PDF file renders correctly on a Windows 7 machine.

Note that unlike https://crbug.com/1029440, this happens with pdfium_test, so this is not a sandboxing issue. Maybe there's differences in systems fonts between different versions of Windows?
