Maybe this is a stupid question, but is it possible to use PDF/A Manager to convert standard PDF document version 1.7 to a PDF/A-1 document of the same document version?

to PDFTron PDF/A Manager

PDF/A-1 requires that the file is saved in PDF 1.4.
PDF/A-2 assumes ISO32000 as the baseline.
