Does the converted pdf2xps file support fast web view?

Q: I have a question about the pdf2xps conversion. Since PDF has fast
web view, does the converted pdf2xps file also support fast web view?

A: XPS files do not have special support for linearization or fast web
viewing. Fast web view for XPS files could work with files generated
using PDFTron PDF to XPS, but it may not work well with generic XPS
(due to part interleaving, limited byte range support, etc.). MS
viewers do not support fast web view.

XPS files generated using SilverDox (http://www.pdftron.com/silverdox/
index.html) are optimized for fast web viewing and PDFTron SilverDox
Viewer can display XOD (i.e. which are really XPS files optimized for
Silverlight viewing) files incrementally. SilverDox publisher can
also linearize document parts to enable incremental viewing even when
the byte rage support is not available.
