Empty pages when converting with fallback turned on

Hey
I'm using pdf2htmlEX-0.18.8.rc1-master-20200630-Ubuntu-focal-x86_64.deb
and I tried running the tool with fallback option switched ON, but every time it results in empty pages.
Tried with various parameter configurations but every time I get the same result.
Please advise with which parameters it's possible to run the tool with fallback option switched ON.
