pdf-reader 2.0.0.beta1

Hi Folks,

5 years after pdf-reader 1.0 was released, I feel it's finally time to
remove the old pre-1.0 API.

I've blown the cobwebs out of the git repository, and prepared a
2.0.0.beta1 release.

For any code written in the past 5 years, there should be no changes
required to work with this release. However, I'd love to hear from
anyone who can test the beta and confirm that. Issues can be reported
on github [1].

With the huge variety of PDFs in the wild, a one-person PDF library
will never be complete. Despite that, this should be a nice
incremental update that will work with more PDF files than any
previous release.

Changes in 2.0.0.beta1
- BREAKING CHANGE: remove all methods that were deprecated in 1.0.0
(released 1/1/2012)
- Support extra encrypted PDF variants
- various bug fixes
