Enterprise risk management (ERM) is a managerial function that must be integrated with organisational

(strategic and operational) processes. Gone are the days when risk management was managed in

separate silos alongside managerial functions, such as fire and safety, loss control, internal audit,

occupational health and safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, project risk management and

other managerial functions. The King III Code on Governance stipulates that ERM is the responsibility

of all managers on all levels, and should be practised by all staff on a daily base.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

All managers, operational managers, line managers and project managers; internal audit staff,

risk managers, occupational health and safety officers, risk managers, legal compliance officers and all

supporting staff responsible for the functions related to risk management.
