It seems not to work the [text2pcap Extra Args] option

Thank you for providing such a usefull tool.

I have some question and information I'd like to share you.

I couldnt set any option into [text2pcap Extra Args], like [ -l 150 ] for user_dlts.

It seems not to work the [text2pcap Extra Args] option.

[tshark/tethereal Extra Args] seems to work well, but requires [-V] option additionaly.

My env are below:

　PDD : https://bintray.com/pstavirs/pdd/pdd-bin-win32

　$  /cygdrive/c/Program\ Files/Wireshark/text2pcap.exe -v

　Text2pcap (Wireshark) 2.6.5 (v2.6.5-0-gf766965a)

Unfortunately, I'm no longer working on pdd now.

Most users prefer to use web based tools like http://packetor.com or http://sadjad.me/phd/
