In a situation where the screw for the faucet handle has broken off and the back of the valve is behind a plasterboard wall, it can be difficult to repair the faucet without damaging the wall. One option to consider is using a screw extractor tool to remove the broken screw. These tools have a reverse thread that grips the broken screw and allows you to turn it out. Another option is to use a drill to make a small hole in the plasterboard near the valve and access the screw from the back. However, this will leave a visible hole in the wall. If you're not comfortable with doing this job yourself, it is best to call a plumber to repair it for you
