Missing Child: Jesse Draper

Jesse Draper was abducted by his non-custodial father Jesus Jose Rodriguez
on 18-SEP-1987 from his home in San Jose, CA. It is believed that they may
be in one of the following locations: Mexico, Florida, Texas, California.
Jesse's mother received a call from Jesus a week after the abduction and
informed her that she would not be getting Jesse back.
